Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Billing

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Your data after cancellation

You can export your data before cancelling. Data may be retained for a limited period in line with our Data Policy.
